Welcome to Omarela. By using our websites and applications, including SkillRush, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must comply with local laws regarding contests and games.
• Real‑money contests are not permitted in restricted regions (see Responsible Play for details).

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations.

3. Contests

• Contests are skill‑based, not games of chance.
• Entry fees and prize pools are disclosed before joining.
• Results are determined by objective criteria (e.g., scores, performance).

4. Payments & Fees

• All contest entry fees are final and non‑refundable unless required by law.
• Omarela takes a disclosed rake/fee (e.g., 25%).
• Payouts are processed within a reasonable time frame.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, fraud, multiple accounts, or exploiting the system is forbidden.
• Use of bots or automation in contests is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omarela provides services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by law.
