- Insufficient players to start tournament
- Technical issues preventing tournament from running
- Full refund of entry fee to account balance
Technical Issues During Tournament:
- Server crash or platform malfunction during active tournament
- Game seed error affecting fairness
- Widespread technical issues affecting all players
- Refund or tournament replay at our discretion
Unfair Conditions:
- Proven cheating by other participants (after investigation)
- Game bug significantly affecting outcome
- Scoring errors or calculation mistakes
- Refund issued after thorough investigation
4.2 NOT Eligible for Refund
Entry fees will NOT be refunded in these cases:
- Tournament completed normally (win or lose)
- User disconnection or device issues
- User error or lack of skill
- Change of mind after joining tournament
- Tournament started and user participated
- User violated tournament rules
- Internet connectivity issues on user's end
5. Bonus Fund Policy
5.1 Non-Refundable Nature
- Bonus funds are promotional credits and are non-refundable
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met
- Wagering requirement: 3x (three times) the bonus amount in tournament entries
5.2 No Cash Value
- Bonus funds have no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for real money
- Winnings from bonus-funded tournaments are withdrawable
